* The main event was said to have been an excellent, very exciting match.
* Tiger Mask refused a handshake after losing to CMLL’s La Sombra, a similar scenario to after his loss to Marufuji where he didn’t tap out and the referee stopped the match. Unusual behaviour from the masked hero.
* Yoshihashi’s upset over AKIRA was his first major victory since debuting.
* The 6/19 Osaka show, headlined by Makabe vs. Rikio in what is being billed the “Ultimate Tough Guy Match”, has now been set as a live PPV.
