1. Battle Royal: SPECIAL RING ANNOUNCER CAROLINA JIM. NEW ENTRANTS EVERY 42 SECONDS. OMGOMGOMG. Participant 1 is Rorschach, number 2 is USApe! Inkblot chants for Rory. Entrant 3 - DARKNESS CRABTREE! Crowd is going wild. USApe eliminated by Rory. Shun the Kabuki Kid at #4 and he takes it straight to Rory and Crabtree with strikes. JERVIS COTTONBELLY IN AT #5! Jervis skins the cat in a most awkward fashion. Pinkie Sanchez in sixth! Dragon Dragon at seventh OFF THE TOP ROPE WITH A FLYING CLOTHESLINE ON CRABTREE! DRAGONFLY EIGHTH. Legit marking out. Retail Dragon in #9 and a touching reunion of Triple Dragon ensues. Pinkie biting Dragon Dragon in the tail. Worker Ant in tenth in full Stan Hansen mood. Worker Ant eliminates Dragonfly. Retail Dragon eliminated. LOVEBUG in 11th! Dragon Dragon eliminated. Jervis Cottonbelly eliminated. EL BOOOO! DR. CHEUNG in 12th. Lovebug eliminated. And for our true Carolina Jim moment, the 13th entrant is the IIIIIIIIIIIICW-IIIIIIIIIIIIIIICWA Tex-Arkana…Television Championnnnn…Sweet n Sourrrrr…Larrrry Sweeeeeeeney, who eliminates Shun. Grizzly Redwood in 14th. 15th and final participant is Sara del Rey. Sara eliminates Cheung. Grizzly eliminates Sweeney. Pinkie assaults Grizzly for chopping down trees and not recycling. Grizzly eliminates Pinkie. Sara and Grizzly eliminate Worker. Grizzly eliminates Sara to win the match, then brutally attacks Worker Ant postmatch.
2. Fire Ant vs Escorpion Egipcio: Escorpion is just an absolute powerhouse, throwing Fire Ant around like it’s nobody’s business. Fire Ant managed to get a bit of an upper hand before Amasis attacked him. Scorp wins in 6:13 with his splash.
3. Jagged & Shane Matthews [2.0] vs Cheech Hernandez & K.C. “Cloudy” Day: There’s never a better act in wrestling than when 2.0 are vocal, and dear god, will Shane Matthews need a vocal rest after tonight. Really solid match, lots of awesome tag work. Cheech pins Jagged with the Go 2 Cheech in 11:23.
4. Ophidian vs Soldier Ant: Interesting matwork early on, with Soldier busting out some new offense. A really good little match here; nothing outstanding and probably won’t get anywhere near the appreciation it deserves. Ophidian with another fake injury on the outside similar to Escorpion earlier, but Soldier Ant outsmarted him and was able to get the upper hand with a TKO in 9:17. Awesome.
5. UltraMantis Black & Crossbones [The Order of the Neo-Solar Temple] vs Hydra & Tim Donst [Sea Donsters]: Sea Donsters do their air guitar/drum deal early, only for the Temple to interrupt and “show them some real metal!” with their own air guitar magic. Crossbones off the top! Crossbones dominates Donst while Mantis and Hydra brawl around the building and to the back. Donst manages to catch Bones offguard and hit the Donstitution for the win in 7:00 flat.
Intermission.
6. Brodie Lee vs Hallowicked: Brodie comes out and announces that the rematch isn’t happening, while holding Wicked’s mask. Out to defend his big brother is Frightmare, and we have an impromptu match! Brodie just goes to town on the little man, who is giving it his all and BIG BOOT. OW. GAME OVER.
7. Icarus & Gran Akuma & Chuck Taylor [F.I.S.T.] vs Player Uno & Player Dos & Ultimo Breakfast: Fun flippy trios match. Breakfast’s coming out show here, as he looked awesome throughout. FIST with the best triple team maneuver ever - Chuck held Dos up in Burning Hammer position, Icarus double stomped, then Chuck flipped him over chest-first onto Akuma’s knees. INSANE. Stereo moonsaults from Akuma and Icarus while Chuck puts away Dos with the Omega Driver in 10:01.
8. NWA World Junior Heavyweight Title ~ V9: Mike Quackenbush (c) vs Buck Hawke: Buck is in FULL GOLD WORKOUT GEAR. AMAZING. “Dressed for the occasion, baby, gonna get some gold!” After some matwork, Buck rolled to the outside, but Quack caught him and allowed everyone in the front row on all four sides to chop him. Match heads back to the ring, really really awesome action. Quack with Kawada kicks! Buck catches Quack with the TomaHawke but decides not to go for the pin. A mocking “I’m sorry, I love you” superkick is reversed and Quack catches Buck in a submission for the win in a little over nine minutes.
9. Equinox & Helios & Lince Dorado vs Vin Gerard & STIGMA & Colin Delaney [The UnStable]: Rudos keep the advantage of Equinox early on, using every trick in the book to stay on top. Lince teased a rudo turn by denying the tag from a beaten down Equinox, but then took out The UnStable to show his true tecnico roots. Helios hits the SSP on STIGMA in a little over 14 for the win in an awesome main event.
