- Spoiler:
A non-sellout at Korakuen Hall did not detere the wrestlers putting on a great show. The Global Tag League kicked off in full force, as D-Lo Brown and Buchanan garnered a measure of revenge against the team that not only beat them last year for the GHC Tag Team Titles they still hold, but also the team which won last years tournament. Brown managed to bring down his weight against GHC Tag Team Co-Holder, Akitoshi Saito, giving the former champions the upset win!
The mixed up team of Sasaki and Morishima managed to down Taue and Inoue, with the former GHC Champion not losing a beat, and downing Inoue with a Northern Lights Bomb.
The main event was a battle of main eventers, paired with future main stars. It was 25 minutes of hard action, before Go Shiozaki managed to defeat Shuhei Taniguchi
