Originally called Kurofuku, the Bodyguard made his first appearance in Osaka Pro in the fall of 2008, assisting Tigers Mask in his full-blown heel turn. His strength was evident from the start and immediately started to cause trouble, helping Tigers win matches. A feud started to brew with B&G leader Zeus, leading to Zeus outing him as former professional bodybuilder Noboru Kurakawa. Kurakawa won two Musclemania Japan competitions in 2002 and 2007. The two engaged in some power battles, including an arm-wrestling contest that expectedly had no clean finish. They finally met at Hurricane 2009, where Zeus defeated him in just over 8 minutes. What the future holds for the Bodyguard is unknown, but he continues to wrestle on the Saturday Night Story shows for the Rudo Army.
